W3M began as a dream to create opportunities
for immigrants to find steady career paths in the construction industry.
After 13+ years in the industry and seeing how it was regarded as a last resource or temporary job opportunity, we knew we wanted to change that.
We wanted to build a new type of construction workforce, one that was happy, and taken care of, that saw this job as a long term commitment vs. a short term gig.
We believe that engaged and happy employees do the best work, so we are changing the industry with a wave of joy and fulfillment, our employees are commited because they know that to us they are our must important asset. We want inmigrants to know that they can develop a successful and fulfilling career in construction, and our clients to know that they are in the best hands, because we genuinely care.
Together we have over 20 years of experience in the industry, and we are pouring our expertise and leadership training to each one of our team members, we lead leaders. Championing our employees is our thing, we believe when we make our employees our #1 priority they will be fullfilled and will do the best work. We believe that we can transform the luxury construction industry by inyecting it with joy.
